In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "w4444," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the w4444 platform accessible at w4444.asia and all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages, and services.
• "Platform" means the w4444 website, its sports betting interface, casino lobby, live dealer system, crash game environment, payment portal, and all related digital services.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the w4444 Platform.
• "Account" means a registered w4444 player account created in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated virtual account balance held within a registered w4444 Account.

This requirement is strictly enforced. w4444 may at any time request documentary proof of age — including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — and will suspend any Account that fails to provide satisfactory proof.

3.2 One Account Rule. Each natural person may register and maintain only one w4444 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.3 Accurate Information. All information submitted during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify w4444 of any changes to your registered details. w4444 bears no liability for service failures resulting from inaccurate registration data.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of w4444 is lawful in your jurisdiction. w4444 makes no representation as to the legal status of online gaming in any particular territory. Players are advised to seek independent legal advice if in doubt.

3.5 KYC Compliance. w4444 may require Players to complete a KYC verification process at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, as part of an anti-money laundering review, or following any transaction deemed unusual. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w4444 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify w4444 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. w4444 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

4.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a positive real-money balance may be classified as dormant. w4444 will make reasonable efforts to contact you prior to applying any inactivity charges permitted under its applicable licence.

4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your w4444 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal following completion of applicable KYC requirements. Pending Wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules before the Account is closed.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. w4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency wallets. w4444 reserves the right to amend the list of accepted payment methods at any time.

5.2 Currency. All Wallets on w4444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. If a payment is initiated in a different currency, any applicable conversion will be performed at the rate determined by the payment processor at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your w4444 Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard inter-bank processing times. w4444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification to w4444's satisfaction.
• Fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. w4444 targets withdrawal processing to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within approximately 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. These are target times and not guaranteed delivery times.

5.6 Third-Party Funding. You must not deposit funds into your w4444 Account from a payment source owned by, or belonging to, any person other than yourself. w4444 is not responsible for losses arising from third-party payment disputes.

6.1 Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. w4444 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using irregular betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to reduce wagering risk; or any other strategy deemed by w4444, in its sole discretion, to constitute exploitation of promotional offers.

6.4 Bonus Cancellation. w4444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withdraw Bonus Funds, or void associated winnings at any time if it reasonably believes that the bonus was claimed improperly, the terms attached to it have been breached, or the Player's Account is under investigation for any reason set out in these Terms.

6.5 One Bonus Per Player. Unless specifically stated, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only. Promotional offers may be made via email, SMS, on-platform notification, or displayed on the w4444 promotions page. Offers are not transferable.

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All Wagers are accepted at w4444's sole discretion. The placement of a Wager does not guarantee its acceptance. A Wager is only confirmed once you receive a transaction confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Wallet.

7.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technological or human error resulting in an incorrectly displayed price, odds, payout, or game outcome, w4444 reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s). In the case of a confirmed malfunction in a slot or casino game — including a live dealer game — no payout obligation arises and the round will be treated as void. Affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

7.3 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to each market. Results are based on official scores and statistics as provided by recognised data providers. w4444 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of a result.

7.4 Void Bets. w4444 may void a bet in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation, or any event listed in the specific rules of the relevant sport as a voiding condition.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. w4444 may apply maximum payout limits to individual bets, gaming sessions, or over defined periods. Where applicable, maximum payout limits will be communicated in the relevant game or market rules.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w4444 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with w4444.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated system to place Wagers, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on w4444.
• Exploiting any bug, vulnerability, or error in the Platform for personal gain, rather than reporting it to w4444 support.
• Engaging in any conduct that w4444 reasonably determines to constitute cheating, match-fixing, or integrity violation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to access w4444 systems beyond the scope of your registered Account, including any unauthorised access to server infrastructure, databases, or administration tools.

9.1 All content on the w4444 Platform — including but not limited to the w4444 name, logo, trade marks, design elements, software, databases, game content, odds compilation, graphics, audio, video, and text — is the exclusive intellectual property of w4444 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, redistribute, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit any w4444 content without prior written consent.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of w4444 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

10.1 w4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the w4444 Privacy Policy.

12.2 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, w4444's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your w4444 Wallet at the time the claim arises.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by w4444's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13.1 w4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• An Account was registered fraudulently or contains false information.
• An Account is involved in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• A Player is under 21 years of age.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion or is subject to a responsible gaming restriction.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require Account closure.

13.2 Upon Account closure by w4444 for cause, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of winnings from voided Wagers, returned Bonus Funds, and applicable administrative charges will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding investigation.

14.1 w4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, w4444 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via email, on-platform notification, or by prominently displaying a notice on the w4444 homepage.
